Ever notice the crappy round “frizbee” pizza crusts that we get lately? No risen bread edge….looks like a premade frozen crust? I am wondering if any Sackvegas pizza joints actually make a pizza out of real handspun dough. Also I would like ingredients to be spread all the way to the edge….not just sauce covering the last 3 inches before the crust. Oh ya……and I want the doughball back instead of that crappy plastic thing! O.K. rant complete.

I agree hand spinning the pizza is the best, unfortunately it is a lost art, I was taught to do everything by hand and there is nothing better than that.
Yeah…we need *dough* again. I know it is a cost saving thing but I would pay for an old school pizza any day
