The cops have closed the BI-HI inbound near Hammonds Plains exit. A tractor trailer has flipped over. There are reports of a load of topsoil or something all over the road too. Cars are being rerouted to the Bedford Highway. Very foggy out there too. Be careful! As of 6AM the police are estimating a couple hours to clean up the mess.
